All orders are shipped via trackable, registered airmail. This ensures that your package is delivered safely and allows you to monitor its status at every step of the journey.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for some of the countries we ship to are as follows:
- Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia: 2-3 business days
- Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia: 3-5 business days
- France, Spain, Sweden: 4-6 business days
Shipping Delays During Holiday Seasons
Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, such as Christmas and New Year’s, or around national holidays in your country. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid potential delays during these periods.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over €400. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €20 applies, regardless of the destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your package has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the tracking information provided.
5. Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. There is no mention of the contents or any identifiable information on the outside of the package.
For larger orders, we may ship your items in multiple smaller packages to reduce the risk of delays or issues during shipping. This approach ensures that your order is divided into manageable parts, lowering the likelihood of complications. When we split your order into multiple shipments, the additional shipping costs are covered by us, ensuring no extra charges for you.
6. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering an alternative solution.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on how to return a product.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please contact us for assistance. In the rare case that a package is lost during transit, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
Additional Information for Non-EU Customers
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery for all packages. However, for shipments outside the EU, customs clearance may cause delays. In rare cases, customs may seize packages.
Customs and Duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import regulations may apply, and we are not responsible for customs-related issues if the package is held or confiscated.
Recommended Solution for Non-EU Customers
To avoid customs issues, we recommend using the ColisExpat service for shipments to countries outside the EU, including the UK, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Here’s how it works:
- We ship your package to the ColisExpat forwarding center in France.
- From there, ColisExpat forwards the package to you in your country, ensuring a 99% success rate for deliveries outside the EU.
- You are responsible for the forwarding costs from ColisExpat to your destination.
